Race Information
Choose from 1) LIVE 5K Run/Walk 2) LIVE 10 Mile Run 3) VIRTUAL (Pick your distance, date and location)

Live 10 Mile starts at 9:30 am (No walkers in the 10 Mile) (Awards presented no later than 11:45 am)
Live 5K starts at 10 am (Awards presented no later than 11:15 am)

We will have live results on the screen inside the Cardinal room.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Wednesday March 29th at 6 pm, after that time you can only register in person at packet pickup. No race day registrations will be accepted for any race.

T-Shirts not guaranteed if not registered by March 21st at Midnight, there will not be a second shirt order.

Packet Pickup
Peak Performance Packet Pickup: April 11th (Thursday) 4 pm – 6 pm and April 12th (Friday) 12 pm – 6 pm. (Peak Performance is located at 4501 Southern Hills Dr, Suite 19, Sioux City)

Race Day (Saturday, April 13th) Packet Pickup: 8:30 am – 9:45 am The Bent Prop at MRBC at 1085 Council Oak Drive in Sioux City (behind the ball fields in Riverside Park)

Overall Awards and age group medal winners will be presented for the LIVE Events only.
