Thank you to those who signed up for Spring Thaw 2023!

IMPORTANT: There has been a change to the room we will be using on Saturday. We will now be in the main Marriott building in the Garden Terrace Room. Race day packet pickup will be in the front doors and to the left. We will still start in front of the Cardinal Room, but the finish line will be in front of the hotel. With this change the mile markers might not be exact but we did the best we could with the last-minute change.

Packet Pickup will be at Peak Performance: Thursday March 30th from 4 pm – 6 pm and Friday March 31st from 12 pm – 6 pm. (Peak Performance is located at 4501 Southern Hills Dr, Suite 19, Sioux City IA).

Packet Pickup on Race Day (Saturday, April 1): 8:30 am – 9:45 am South Sioux City Marriott Riverfront, South Sioux City Nebraska inside the lobby to the left.

There will be onsite registration at packet pickup on Thursday and Friday only. (Cash or check only)
There will be NO race day registration for either race.

There are two start times. The 10 mile starts at 9:30 am and the 5K starts at 10:00 am.
Awards ceremony and post-race refreshments will be inside the Garden Terrace room following the race, we will also have live results on a screen in the room (if this works well you will start seeing this for all of our races).

Please wear your bib on the OUTSIDE FRONT of your race attire so we can record your time when you cross the finish line.

Make sure to double check the data printed on your race packet and race bib. If anything is incorrect, please notify a race official to get it corrected so the results are accurate.
